AAEM Winter Workshop Registration

Emergency Managers may continue to register for the 2024 AAEM Winter Workshop. Scheduled for Dec. 10-11 at the Renaissance Hotel in Montgomery, the Workshop will precede the ACCA's Annual Legislative Conference on Dec. 11-12 and allow attendees to dive into and discuss the latest issues relevant to emergency management in Alabama. County Family members can register for the Workshop by referring to the Events/Education tab of the ACCA County Family online community.
Legislative Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations

Registration continues for the Association’s annual Legislative Conference scheduled for Dec. 11-12. To register for the Conference, please refer to the Events/Education tab of the ACCA County Family online community. Rooms at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel for the Legislative Conference have been sold out. Overflow rooms are available at the SpringHill Suites and Hampton Inn for a discounted rate. You can book an overflow room here.
If you would like to be placed on a waitlist for any rooms that may open up at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel, please email the ACCA Events & Education Team with your name, date of arrival, and date of departure.

Please contact the Education and Events Team if you have booked a room at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and cannot attend. We have a waiting list for hotel reservations and would like to offer those rooms to County Family members.
